of the world. Get rest and afterwards we will meet for ice-breaking session and briefing about road to Ladakh while clearing everyone’s doubt. In the evening LBR crew is excited to take your through Manali town for perfect dinner where you guys have a close introduction with other riders of these trip.
READY TO RIDE !
GEAR UP! Its time to meet your motorcycles, Get your keys, saddle on your motorcycles and check your bikes for minor adjustment like mirror, breaks, handle bar set up etc. You are on Chapter road to Ladakh which is one of the most popular adventure ride in Himalayas. We start the trip without any delays towards Keylong via busy Rotang Pass. The low speeds and super twisty roads while enjoying the relaxing views is the starting of the trip. Soon after 2 hours we will be on top of Rotang Pass (3,980 mtr) and take a pause for long breath with a full view of Himalayas, enjoy the view with great company and proceed downhill to end the scenic ride in Keylong with chilled beers together.
STUNNING ROADS !
After breakfast kick start your machines for today’s ride towards Serchu. Ride will be quite interesting and adventurous via some eye catching villages like Jispa and Darcha. Baralacha-la pass (4,980m) is the highest point we were crossing today to be at our destination and few water crossing is also a part of today's ride.
LONG DAY !
Ready to get the adventure back on the road of popular Leh–Manali highway. Today you will strike out for the Ladakh riding through bare mountains crossing of Lachung la pass (16,616 ft ) and Nakeela Pass (15,547 ft ) while looping up through Gata Loops and having the ride of a lifetime on more plains and conquering challenging Taklangla Pass (17,480 ft, world’s second highest Motorable pass). We’ll soon roll into the Heart of Leh city and have a good shower on arrival at hotel.
Back in Network Zone !
Today we keep it short on Motorbikes and more on foot. In the morning we were going for a quick ride in different nearby direction to exploresome cultural part of Ladakh with some famous monasteries and monuments and soon after the ride, in the afternoon we take a walk to explore beautiful Leh market and taste some local cuisines.
EAST LADAKH !
Today we were riding to one of the most famous high altitude lake, the Pangong Lake which lies on Indo – China border and is 162 kms long, the 60% of it lies in China
where it is know as Yumdok lake. The road to pangong Lake is about twisting and turning with a spectacular Changla pass to cross, enjoy the view from the top with a cup of hot tea and you will find the snow if you are crossing in April, May and October months. By spending not much time on the top, we move ahead towards our destination while encountering some small nomadic villages. A scenic ride will end by evening on a beautiful lake side with some chilled beers
EAST TO NORTH !
The epic journey goes ahead towards Nubra Valley a deep part of the valley is the Border between India - Pakistan. Ride goes on same yesterday route about 1 hour and direction take palace towards north ladakh and we believe its much warmer then yesterday with some smooth roads straight roads along the shayok Village. Unknow flowing of water over roads is common on this area and might we have a good chance for water crossing and some time makes block as well which is very rare. We have a good chance for ride some double camp camel which exist no where in world but some of them left here because of being a part of Ancient silk route trade. The charming village offers good stays and we will grip out best.
TOP OF THE WORLD !
Good Morning NubraValley ! Today we were crossing Khardongla Pass (World Highest Motor-able Road ) a gate way to Nubra valley or Leh. A cultural part of
Nubra valley is still left, so as soon as we packed, we kick start from Hundar and ride to a pretty hilllock of Diskit monastery with Stunning Buddha statue, which is a truly blessed part of the trip. Normally today’s route towards Leh is a busy one as you will meet lot of riders in these route and plying of army convoy trucks is also common but still we wish for less and keep pushing up to the top to celebrate the Highest ride. At Top its time to show your ride with epic selfies in the back drop of Khardong la where we won’t suggest to spent more time due to the high altitude. Twisty down hill will take us to the majestic city of Leh
SMOOTH
HIGHWAY !
After fixing accessories and gearing up soon, we will kick start towards Kargil ,the route is smooth enough today with two passes to cross Fotula (13,478ft)
and Namikala (12,139 ft) and While romancing with few breath-taking villages and throwing candies to the kids who were excited to see the biker group, enroute we visit few famous places like Pathar Saab. River confluence at Nimmo, Moon land at Lamayuru, Maitrya Buddha at Mulbik etc. By the evening we’ll reach Kargil.
LAST RIDE !
Today is the Last day of the ride and we will go through Drass (2nd coldest inhabited place after Siberia) where we explore army war memorial and pay
our Tribute to the brave souls who laid their life for the Nation, thereafter by throttling the same route we reach Zujila pass (11,575 ft) while rolling down
we will enter Sonamarag a beauty itself just nestled at the bottom of Zujila pass and crossing awesome villages of Kashmir we will soon reach Srinagar.
